I am positive on this because as a student I lived in a boarding house which I knew the owner earn big money doing small things like fixing the lights and hire someone to fix the toilet. Every end of the month he received rentals and again invest it in other real estate property. His real estate investment are generating money that he did not work. It is a passive income.
